Dragana Milojevic

Barbara Bregar – Mrzlikar

Barbara is the CEED Global Program Director. She has joined CEED in 2008 to help companies in their growth. Through CEED she developed a comprehensive program training and coaching business leaders and managers as well as herself acts as a coach, trainer and mentor in the areas of leadership & management, strategic marketing, organizational growth as well as strategic planning.
Prior to CEED, Barbara for more than 10 years worked in a leading Slovene software development company HERMES SoftLab where she started as a project manager, corporate communications manager, worked as an international marketing manager and finally became the Strategy Office Manager working with the Managing Board.
Barbara has finished the IEDC Executive MBA program in 2005 and is Adizes Institute Certified Integrator.


Thomas Walenta

Expert in delivering value to business through project and program management.

Thomas Walenta has been a member of PMI since 1992 and a member of GPM (IPMA) since 1995. After obtaining his PMP in 1998, he became involved with leadership of the PMI Frankfurt Chapter, serving as its president from 1998 to 2005. During that time, Mr. Walenta also served in a variety of PMI volunteer positions at global level, such as helping to create the first editions of The Standards for Program and Portfolio Management, juror of the Project of the Year award and reviewing REP applications. He was an influencer to PMI for European chapter and member interests. In 2012, he received the PMI Fellow award, which was granted only to 72 individuals. He is a PMP since 1998, a PgMP since 2014 and received a company director diploma from IoD.


Nenad Bestvina

In early ’90 Nenad Bestvina co-founded Spin with friends, where they still work together. He has worked on IT projects in many different roles (project management, system analysis, project IS, programming, implementation, etc). He worked on different platforms (some of them are just a history now – DOS, UNIX, QNX, Novel, etc).

Since 2005 he has been working as Project Manager in development and implementation. He managed implementation projects of Jupiter Software in different business systems (Žito, Mlinar, Agrokor, Ireks Aroma, Kandit, Koestlin, etc)

He often presents PM topics as speaker at various conferences like PMI Forum, Kulendayz, PMIDayz.

Nenad fonded PMI Branch – PMI Osijek 2010, and since then has been member of Executive Board PMI Croatia.

He is member of Kulendayz Team, and one of the founder PMIDayz conference.

Nenad was certificated PMP (Project Manager Professional) in 2009.

In his spare time he listens to jazz music, rides a bicycle and cooks.


Catalin-Teodor Dogaru

Catalin-Teodor Dogaru, MBA, PhD, PMP, is a trainer, consultant and managing partner at TSP(smartprojects.ro). He is an enthusiast of project, process and program management, promoting Servant Leadership in both professional and personal life.
LIMC Alumni, MBA and PMP certified, Catalin managed international projects (in Europe, Middle East and Africa), offering, at the same time, dedicated learning sessions that helped growing the project management community.
He was President of PMI Romania Chapter and, currently, he is Region Mentor for Region 8 – Central Europe. His games, sense of humor, engagement and tenacity are just a few of the elements contributing to the delivery of successful trainings, workshops and presentations, to which participants are always willing to return. 


Jelena Janicijevic

Jelena Janicijevic, PhD, RMCP, PMP  has 10 years of Project Management experience in Serbia and UAE, in public and private sectors. Having worked in six different industries, with numerous international teams, of mixed level of maturity, her main focus was developing the project team, building internal cohesion and the culture of mutual support, while keeping the top management happy with the project numbers “in the black”. Motivated by strong encouragement of her current project team, she decided to take the floor for the first time as a conference speaker. 

Her background education includes a PhD thesis exploring the Question of Identity in the Postmodern World, at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology.

Jasna Pleho

Dr. Jasna Pleho (PMP) has been working in the IT industry for more than 20 years. Professional development path has gone from positions: System Administrator, DB Administrator, Web Designer, GIS expert, IT expert, IT Manager, Manager and Project manager.
In last 8 years, she has been mainly involved in project management and agile project management with numerous IT projects. In addition, she works as an assistant professor at the American University in BIH for five years, teaching project management, and different IT subjects (Databases and web apps, Operating systems).
She holds Doctor of science degree from the field of artificial intelligence, application of GIS and IT. She is lecturer also at Academy387 (Project Management (PMP), and PMI-ACP and MS Project). She is a member of the board of directors and current president of the PMI Chapter in BIH.


Marko Jagodič

Marko Jagodič holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Ljubljana. During 35 years of his professional carrier Marko worked in different roles for national and international companies in various industries. As a software R&D engineer he was involved in design of VLSI microchips, CAD systems, traffic control systems, ERP systems, as a consultant he consulted in IT related management consulting and BPR, as a sales manager he managed sales teams selling system integration services and SW development services on national and international markets, as a business manager he managed international teams and customers from telecommunications, financial institutions and government institutions.

During the last 14 years Marko worked for telecommunication companies in Slovenia and Balkans in different senior managerial roles, with responsibilities ranging from leading a project of building a greenfield mobile operator, running project office for a major telco, managing planning and development of an extensive portfolio of telco value added services and enabling platforms, organizing and leading group governance office for a regional telco, and advising to president of the managing board of a regional telco.

Marko likes to look at his career as a series of projects that sometimes follow each other and sometimes run in parallel. Marko is frequent speaker on conferences covering different aspects of mobile financial services and digital identity.


Wojciech Czyzewski

He has 10+ years of experience delivering projects and managing project portfolios and over 15 years of experience leading and managing people.

Successfully built new organizations from zero to highly performing teams or transformed them using Six Sigma to bring more value the business. He is an expert in recovery of troubled projects with international track record across many industries. He built PMOs, managed business operations and successfully implemented Service Transition and Transformation programs, and also he holds Finance and IT Management degrees and professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma).

He values clear objectives and accountability over control and micromanagement and believes in open and honest communication. His goal is to unlock the best in people and create an environment in which they are motivated to work together not against one another.


Milan Šmigić

MScEE, PMP, PMO-CP

Milan is founding member of PMI Serbia Chapter, PMI PMP and PMO-CP certified professional. He holds M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering and has more than 20 years of experience in Management Consulting and Mentoring, Project Management Consulting and Training, Portfolio Project Management, PMIS Implementation and Organizational Knowledge Management. He is visiting Professor at Politechnico di Torino for Strategy Execution, Portfolio Project Management and PMO Implementation.


Snezhana Cherepnalkovska Dukovska

Snezhana Cherepnalkovska Dukovska, PhD, CISA, ISO27001LA, has experience in software development, project management and as internal auditor with specialties in information technology. She is a member of several professional bodies and has interest in the scientific field of multi agents systems, fuzzy logic and neural networks, as well as hybrid intelligent systems.

Her professional background also includes research and audit on IT governance and project management.

She is titled as advisor in the Internal Audit Department in National bank of RNM and selected as assistant professor in field of computer science and informatics.


Aleksandar Iloski

Aleksandar Iloski is a QualityAustria Trainer, Lead Auditor and Assessor in the field of Quality (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, TL 9000, IRIS), Environment (ISO 14001), Energy (ISO 50001), Health and Safety (ISO 45001), Risk Management (ISO 31000), Business Continuity (ISO 22301), IT Service (ISO 20000) and Information security (ISO 27001) standards.

Recently has been acknowledged as TIA-BPC member in the field of TL 9000 certification services by both TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association) and QUEST Forum.

During his professional expirinance of over 10 year, he served more than 200 Companies in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania, Poland, Uganda, Rwanda, and Kenya.

Aleksandar’s scope of experience is in the field of management systems in Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Air Traffic, Telecommunication, ICT, Public administration and General Production industry.

Beside his professional occupation, he often enrolls in Projects of LEAN Management implementation, helping organizations understand and adopt best practices he has encountered.

Aleksandar believes in creating partnership instead of clients’ portfolio.


Kiril Buhov

M.Sc., Director of operations and information technology, HALKBANK AD

Experienced professional with in depth knowledge of ICT, IT Governance, BC/DR, Cyber security and Banking, Holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical engineering  and a M.Sc. degree in Project management from the Faculty of electrical engineering (FEIT) from Skopje, Macedonia.

During his 20 year career he has managed projects ranging  from Implementation of and certification by ISO27001 and  PCI-DSS,   through numerous Banking systems implementations, all the way to construction of banking premises and datacenters.

Currently he is responsible for Information technology, Domestic payments/operations, Foreign payments, Credit and deposit operations, Alternative distribution channels and Payment cards processing center in  Halkbank AD, Skopje, Macedonia.


Kosta Petrovski

LEAN Management experienced practitioner and trainer.

Professionally experienced in the retail nets of brands BMW, Rover, Land Rover, Toyota and Renault on high managerial positions, getting his practical involvement with applied LEAN components, for a period of 14 years. Additionally, involved on a Project management positions regarding start-ups, development and structuring in few different industries – SW production for GPS modules, Wire production, Textile vertical production, PU foams production and Seating systems (for automotive industry) production.

For the engagements in trade businesses and the production industries, he had been involved in implementation and putting into practice a variety of ISO standards (starting from ISO 9001) and applying and connecting the practical tools from Horizontal management (LEAN Management).

Operating in the past 5 years, as independent consulting and free-lancing, he reached a steady collaboration with:

  • MOSHA (Macedonian Occupational Safety and Health Association) – Development of a Project for regional improvement of OSH in MSE’s and still ongoing training module for improvement of awareness and applicability for OSH standards with a new module (working version named LEANOSH).
  • JOOPONE domestic company (98% export oriented – EU, UK, USA and Australian markets) for production of special medical devices for help of people with motion difficulties. Lines of collaboration Implementation of ISO13485, approach to new markets, increasing of capacities and adopting new products.
  • MQS the regional Quality Austria partner, on development and integration of LEAN Management training program with demands of ISO and other international relevant standards.

Recently has been involved in initial introduction for IATF 16949, based on the needs for the regionally development of the markets with increased number of entities being involved in Automotive industry.

In the same time, based on experience from industry practice, has been engaged as supporting consultant for preparation of submission packs (technical pre-review and business planning) for application of local entities for the IPA funds.

Dejan Petkoski

Director Information Systems and Technical Support Department.

Experienced professional with in depth knowledge  of ICT and  Banking,  Holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical engineering  from  the Faculty of electrical engineering  (FEIT)  from Skopje, Macedonia.

During  his 12 year career he has managed projects ranging  from Implementation of Core Banking System , certification by PCI-DSS, through numerous different  Banking  systems  implementations,  all the way  to construction of  banking  premises and data centers.

Currently he is responsible for  Information Technology in  Halkbank AD, Skopje, Macedonia.


Goran Gakidev

Goran holds the Director role at Leoron Group responsible for the development of the Consulting and Instructional Design areas. He has been involved with projects with various large companies in the GCC region, including some of the banks, automotive, telecom as well as manufacturing companies.

Goran’s professional career spans to 10+ years working in several organizations where the most of his experience he got in the training & development/education industry with Leoron Group. His main contributions are related to various areas including business development, process improvement, management and value creation. He worked with companies like Bank Al Jazira, Mobily, Marafiq, SACGC, ALJ in the area of learning & development and consulting. He is one of the co-founders of Leoron.

Goran holds a BSc from SEEU (South East European University) in Business Administration. He is certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the American Society of Quality (ASQ). He is also holder of the ICALS (International Certificate in Leadership and Management). He was among the few candidates from the Balkan region to receive a scholarship based on his achievements for attending the Innovation and Organizational Leadership executive program at Schulich Business School in 2016. His interpretation of Responsible Leadership got him as top student in the Young Managers program in Bled School of Management in 2014.
